POWER PUSH/LIFT/CORE Learn how to build strength while improving your technique during our classes, whether you're new to weightlifting or experienced. : build your own booty with this workout series utilizing effective exercises to build, strengthen and lift the glute muscles for optimal results.

HIIT Burn fat and build muscle. An interval-based class that combines full-body strength training with high-intensity cardio bursts to tone your body and improve your endurance. Class is suitable for all levels.

Legs, Bums & Tums A LBT class is an aerobic exercise, which means it is a form of cardio. These classes will help to improve your fitness and endurance by increasing your heart rate, and can improve the health of your heart and cardiovascular system.

BOX Boxing Circuits is a fast pace high-intensity class based on training methods used by boxers!

POWERCAMP Your muscle endurance will be pushed to its limit during this 45-minute Session. Do you need an extra push? You'll always need to be on your toes with our boot camps! Because every session is unique and meant to challenge you, we aim to keep you wondering! Every class, we'll put you to the test! Rather than instil fear, we intend to offer encouragement. We want you to have the best time possible, but be ready for some intense training! 

STRONG MUM CLUB If you're looking for a fitness class for mums, our Strong Mum Club is the ideal place to start if you want to get back into exercise safely. With a combination of resistance band workouts and body weight exercises, the classes concentrate on strengthening the pelvic floor and core. In addition to improving your emotional and physical well-being, you'll get to know other mums who share your values. Enjoy fun in a welcoming and safe community with your baby. Ladies must be 6 weeks postpartum and have been cleared to start exercising.

NO PROBLEM Both you and your little one can train together with this Interval-based programme that mixes full-body strength training with high-intensity aerobic bursts to develop your body and increase endurance and agility.  Highlights good mobility throughout childhood and adolescence.

HIITSTEP HIITSTEP is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that uses a step and dynamic bodyweight exercises. It has been designed to improve power, increase strength and burn hundreds of calories. The HIITSTEP workout contains voice over music tracks and pre-designed training sessions allowing instructors to deliver inspirational and motivational workouts.
